Check-out time 11:00AM

Late arrivals may find their “check-in” package in a drop box by the office door (please contact us to arrange).

*Photo-Id is required at Check-In*

CANCELLATION

Advance notice is appreciated.

For a full refund please cancel;

1 week prior to arrival for bookings of 3-6 days
3 weeks prior to arrival for bookings of 7 or more days
1 month prior to arrival for monthly rentals

Failure to cancel within the deadlines will result in your credit card being charged the cost of one night’s stay + tax.

NO SMOKING & NO PETS

For the safety of all guests our property is strictly smoke-free and pet-free.

Guests who violate these policies will be charged a $300.00 cleaning fee.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

We are required to set a maximum occupancy for the safety and comfort of all guests.

Apartments: Maximum 2 Adults, 1 Child (under the age of 16)

All occupants must be listed upon booking a reservation. If you fail to accurately state occupants and your party exceeds the maximum number of guests allowed you will kindly be asked to rent another room to properly accommodate your party.

CHILDREN

We are a family friendly property. There is no charge for children 0-16 years of age.
